As an Airport Guest Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for travelers at the airport, showcasing exceptional friendliness and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

This role is classified as a non-career, temporary position within the Airport Operations Department.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting travelers with inquiries, offering accurate information regarding flights, customs, and available amenities.

• Facilitate the movement of passengers through international arrival areas, ensuring smooth operations by managing lines and directing customers to appropriate locations.

• Respond promptly to passenger concerns, utilizing knowledge of airport processes and regulations to deliver effective solutions.

• Collaborate with Airport Operations Duty Managers during peak times or emergencies, ensuring passengers are redirected efficiently.

• Engage in customer service initiatives aimed at enhancing the travel experience, including participating in special events and promotional activities.


Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Proficient in computer usage and familiar with modern office software.


Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role.

• Proficiency in one or more high-demand foreign languages such as Amharic, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Russian, or Telugu.


Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).


Work Conditions:

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Position requires standing and walking for extended periods, as well as light physical activity.
