Job Description

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

Tepcon Construction Inc. seeks a highly skilled Construction Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations on our construction sites and control schedules, quality control, safety, and coordination of trades. This role requires strong technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with project managers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all essential Assistant Superintendent/Project Engineer job responsibilities
  • Attend and participate in Safety Training Program and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
  • Schedule and attend building inspections
  • Organize and coordinate field construction teams, including subcontractors and direct-hire workers
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate well with others
  • Assure work quality and set standards for quality control

Requirements:

  • BS or MS graduate or equivalent related field experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and drawings, as well as all phases of construction
  • Experience and proficiency in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control
  • Minimum OSHA 10 Certification; OSHA 30 preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, or Bluebeam
