Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Ford Pro team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain software applications using cloud-based technologies
  • Ensure software solutions meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our software development processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a cloud-based environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development principles
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with machine learning, mathematical modeling, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with eXtreme Programming (XP) practices, including Pair/Mob programming and Test-first/Test Driven Development (TDD)
