Manufacturing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee the development and production of propulsion systems at Blue Origin LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of driving cost-effective solutions and ensuring high-quality products. The role requires effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety. You will work closely with our engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing budgets, resources, and talent to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies to support the growth of our propulsion systems business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and efficiency gains.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and talent to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
