META Dynamic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our surgical navigation support team, you will play a vital role in assisting surgeons during complex procedures involving the brain, spine, or sinus.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site consulting, guidance, and assistance to physicians and OR personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgery to maximize IGS product efficiency and usage.
- Direct and assist Radiology staff in performing necessary scans prior to or during surgery.
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical, and Information Technologies staff on the use of IGS products and services.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the territory's needs are being met while communicating case outcomes.
- Act as the primary customer liaison, assess satisfaction and usage levels, and work to increase case volume in the territory.
- Maintain system and equipment cleanliness.
- Absolute responsiveness to requests for case coverage.
- Occasional travel required.
- Bachelor's degree and/or OR experience.
- Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to work within a team.
- Must live in the Los Angeles area or be willing to move.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000-$70,000 + Bonuses (5-15k 1st year)
