About the Position

We are looking for an Accommodation and Finance Coordinator to join our team at Sheraton Park Hotel At Anaheim. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including registering guests and making reservations
  • Prepare and balance daily reports, including financial transactions and guest information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all guest interactions and transactions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is between $16.25/Hr. and $24.38/Hr., depending on experience and qualifications.
