Job Overview

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dynamic Behavior Therapists to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist at Kaleidoscope ABA, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention programs that promote positive change and lasting results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed to address each child's unique needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
  • Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy in center-based or in-home settings.
  • Work collaboratively with BCBA clinicians to ensure high-quality care and make data-driven decisions.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and education.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children with disabilities.
  • 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
