Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic leadership and management support to the operations and sales divisions.
  2. Ensure that all departments achieve their annual sales and profitability targets.
  3. Establish and implement strategic objectives aimed at enhancing departmental performance and operational efficiency.
  4. Oversee recruitment and training initiatives to fulfill departmental requirements.
  5. Foster the development of highly motivated and effective teams.
  6. Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and execute operational plans, budgets, and business strategies.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations for management personnel.
  8. Prepare comprehensive business plans, budgets, and schedules, including pipeline and backlog assessments.
  9. Continuously analyze departmental operations to identify improvement opportunities and provide necessary resources to managers.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards while exceeding customer expectations.
  11. Address team conflicts and implement effective solutions.
  12. Engage proactively in identifying potential new business opportunities.
  13. Develop, implement, and monitor daily operational systems and processes to track progress on key initiatives.
  14. Analyze key performance metrics to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
  15. Devise strategies for company-wide program growth and implement process enhancements to optimize output and reduce costs.
  16. Assess current operational processes and performance, recommending improvements as needed.
  17. Provide leadership and management support while ensuring adherence to operational policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry, preferably in mechanical operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of successful project execution.
  • Strong collaborative skills to ensure effective project outcomes.
  • Proficient in industry-related tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid understanding of the construction and service sectors.
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on efficient project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of accounting functions and systems.
  • Experience in cost control, including project estimating and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of safety precautions and occupational hazards in construction settings.
