Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Sales and Program Managers, as well as internal Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, to coordinate and manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customer contacts
- Work with blueprints, purchase orders, and quotes to provide pricing and enter new orders or changes to existing ones
- Enter, follow, and manage quotations and customer orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
- Deal directly with TTM Production Control to obtain accurate and timely information
- Navigate and utilize TTM's Praxa business system and Customer Connect quoting system
- Facilitate and attend meetings
- Manage at least one customer account, providing leadership, direction, and communication for the customer
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Electronic, PCB, and/or assembly production knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
