Customer Service Representative

CS Ford Lincoln, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a BDC Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information, and assisting customers with their needs whether for Sales or Service needs. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be expected to provide each customer with an exceptional customer experience.
We are committed to creating a positive and productive work environment where employees can grow and succeed. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees, including a salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have proficiency with computers and various software applications. Previous experience in BDC/customer service or a related field is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services for both Sales and Service Departments
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints and/or directing them to the right resources
- Process orders and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Setting and achieving targeted goals focused on driving customer traffic from the internet into the dealership
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in BDC/customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with computers and various software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
Schedule:
A 5-Day Work Week with some Saturdays required
