- Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical expertise to make informed decisions about patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Three years of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
