Administrative Assistant Opportunity

California Heating is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining our company calendar.
  • Assist with paperwork, filing, and data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate company meetings, new employee orientations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain regular performance reports to identify areas for improvement and support our team's success.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in education, office administration, or a related field.
  • Experience using business and invoicing systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; field service management and software experience a plus.
