Position Summary

Primary Duties
- Enhance IT support for operational missions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide dependable core services across various locations

- Foster innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies
- Establish flexible contracts to accommodate diverse requirements
- Ensure alignment of services with the Joint Information Environment
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the PC Technician role should exhibit outstanding problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer service. Candidates should have extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connections. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues is essential. Successful candidates may also handle the provisioning and upkeep of mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Set up and update software applications and operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network connectivity challenges
- Replace outdated equipment and manage data migration to new systems
- Monitor installed software, manage licenses, and develop upgrade policies
- Collaborate with hardware and software vendors for timely product delivery and installation
- Analyze and recommend standardization of hardware and software
- Certification Requirement: Compliance with DoDD M
Experience Requirements
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a PC Technician role is required.
