Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth operation of industrial powerhouses, boilers, chillers, and wastewater systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including pumps, motors, speed and feed systems, and hydraulics.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall facility efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facilities maintenance and repair.
- 8+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair, with a focus on industrial powerhouses and mechanical systems.
- 1st Class Stationary Engineer License or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, boiler, and steam operations, as well as machine repair and mechanical craft areas.
- Experience with controller programs, including Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance systems such as MAXIMO.
- Knowledge of indoor air quality, temperature control, and scavenge exhaust systems.
- Experience with mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and speed and feed systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
