Job Title: Gaming Agent

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gaming Agent. As a key member of our Gaming Agent Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and fairness of gaming operations in the Commonwealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site reviews and audits of licensed gaming facilities to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Monitor revenue and compliance with regulations and applicable laws.
  • Review and audit casino records, including accounting records, to identify deficiencies and inconsistencies in casino internal controls.
  • Observe the gaming floor for suspicious activity and report any instances of noncompliance.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other gaming officials to resolve complaints and investigate potential violations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of experience in an office or casino environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening skills and the ability to receive instruction from multiple supervisors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
