Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Enterprise Call Center. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Generate sales leads, identify customer needs, and build sustainable relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Offer personalized service, respond to customer complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow Communication Procedures: Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to customers, respond to complaints, and resolve issues.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, software, and tools to manage customer interactions and sales targets.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
