Job Description:
The LPN Medication Manager will play a key role in ensuring the success of our community by providing top-notch care and services to our residents. This includes administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the RCD and Wellness Nurse to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer medications and treatments according to resident care plans and protocols
* Maintain accurate records of medication administration and document any issues or concerns
* Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and contribute to the development of individualized service plans
