We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure the safety of our guests and employees
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid and assistance as needed
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No related work experience required, but prior experience in a security or law enforcement role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
