Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIT Business Analyst to join our HRIT Workforce Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Workday HCM, reporting, integration processes, and other 3rd party HR tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with application owners, users, and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, including design, build, QA/test, deploy, and support components to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support technical troubleshooting and escalations with vendors and technology partners to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead and support communication and training initiatives to ensure effective adoption and utilization of HR systems and tools.
  • Formalize and document processes to create leverage and scale, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with a strong understanding of Workday HCM system configuration and implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday data and structure, business processes, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, and one or two key domains such as Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, with a strong understanding of technical and functional aspects of HR systems.
