The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Digital Marketing Paid Acquisition to drive the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns to promote our On Location Hospitality program.

This role requires a data-driven marketer with extensive experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for soccer.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital advertising efforts, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive hospitality sales and customer engagement.
  2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search (SEM), display, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
  3. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  4. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  6. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
  7. Implement A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, platform representatives, and influencers to ensure optimal campaign execution.
  9. Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high ROI.
  10. Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with data analysts to create reports and dashboards that enable data-driven optimization decisions.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in performance marketing, digital advertising, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.

They will also have experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns, a proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns, and a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.

The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution, and knowledge of emerging performance marketing trends and technologies.

They will also have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $108,750 - $145,000 annually, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development within our company.
