Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and identify the best solutions to resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to increase sales by identifying related products or add-on options.
  • Process customer orders and address inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
  • Stay informed about Trane Products, offerings, and promotions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
  • Engage with customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Execute quote and order management processes with a high level of accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery - entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment.
  • Assist with warehouse/inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
Qualifications:
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field preferred.
  • Background in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with an emphasis on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Demonstrated experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional service even in challenging situations.
Compensation:

Starting from $44,500 and up based on experience, including a monthly incentive plan of 15%.

Total Target Cash consists of a combination of fixed base salary and payment from sales commissions. Sales commission plans are uncapped.
