Daily Responsibilities as a Retail Sales Consultant:

  • Showcase, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers.
  • Provide consumers with the latest and most relevant product information to aid in their purchasing decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with retail associates and management through regular training, collaboration, and shared goals.

Key Duties:

  • Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services using consultative selling techniques.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
  • Instill confidence in Samsung products and services among both retail staff and customers.
  • Foster strong partnerships with retail staff to achieve shared objectives.
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets monthly.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication with customers and retail staff.
  • Maintain retail brand standards through effective merchandising and store upkeep.
  • Conduct display resets as needed during product launches.
  • Complete daily sales performance reports and provide retail insights.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience includes six months in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
