Accounting Operations Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled accounting professional to assist with financial operations. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments.
  • Process payroll and handle related accounting tasks.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to analyze financial data and develop budgeting strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

$65,000-$75,000 per year.
