SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all inquiries and requests from clients are addressed with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy, in alignment with the esteemed reputation of Phoebe Health.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The role is performed in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment with moderate noise levels. The specialist may encounter high noise levels and bright lighting, and may need to adapt quickly to various tasks while maintaining composure.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

A High School Diploma or GED is required, while an Associate Degree in a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Preferred candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in healthcare account management, customer service, or telecommunications, along with familiarity with medical terminology.

CERTIFICATIONS

CPAR Certification is required to be obtained within 20 months of employment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer relations expertise.
  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general clerical tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should possess near-normal vision, good manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. The role may involve occasional standing, walking, and reaching above shoulder height.
