Requirements

  • Must hold current MO RN Licensure
  • 1-2 years prior teaching experience in higher education preferred
  • Evidence of commitment to nursing profession, with focus on nursing education
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team in a professional and confidential manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in nursing or related field
  • Experience with curriculum development and implementation
  • Experience with teaching and mentoring nursing students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
