Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, and arranging testing and admissions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including test results and examination findings.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia or compact/multi-state RN license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- At least one year of experience in a related role.
