Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence within our hospital.
Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized care plans for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans and achieve positive patient outcomes
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence within the hospital
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a degree in nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
- 1 year of experience in a critical care setting
- Current ACLS certification
