Caregiver Specialist

Aspire at Lakeside Oaks Villas is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Medication Supervision: Supervise residents with prescribed medication and ensure accurate administration.
• Health Monitoring: Monitor the health, safety, and wellbeing of residents and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Documentation: Document information pertaining to changes in residents' functional status, personal needs, and appointments.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional care and services to residents.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Training: May be required to attend and complete state-approved Medication Technician Training.
• Communication: Ability to read and communicate effectively to perform essential job duties.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
