Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dealership.
- Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming of hallways, staircases, and office areas.
- Utilize cleaning equipment to ensure the showroom floor is spotless, dust all areas, and keep restrooms and kitchen facilities well-maintained.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying trash and recycling bins.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as painting and electrical upkeep using hand tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols while executing duties.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns identified during daily tasks to the supervisor.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a janitorial role.
- Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in janitorial and/or maintenance work is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality performance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card required.
