About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties in Kingsville, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure safe living environments for tenants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and enforcing property policies.
  • Oversee the leasing process, maintain accurate tenant records, and ensure timely rent collection.
  • Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, HUD regulations, and other relevant regulations.
  • Supervise property maintenance staff and contractors.
  • Respond to emergencies and implement emergency response plans as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong managerial skills with experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, HUD regulations, and property management best practices is preferred.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certifications is preferred.
