Executive Chef

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at International Bank of Commerce. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our company kitchen, including managing day-to-day kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food service.

• Manage kitchen staff, including event assistants and coffee attendants, to ensure seamless execution of daily food service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and implement standardized production recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Oversee ordering and inventory management of food, kitchen supplies, and other essential items to provide adequate food service.
• Coordinate with the Camp Manager and/or Assistant Camp Manager on all aspects of event planning, including food service for hunting visits.
• Report monthly on food expenses and other kitchen-related issues.

As an ideal candidate, you should have advanced experience in culinary preparations and cooking, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to manage a kitchen staff to achieve quality food services and possess a positive attitude and ability to lead a team. Additionally, you should be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed and agile enough to lift and carry kitchen equipment not exceeding 30 lbs.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a restaurant or with a culinary team.
• Food Handlers Certificate is a must.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
