We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to lead our Hospice Care team in Wilson, NC. This is a full-time salaried position that requires both managerial expertise and hands-on home visits for patient care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as an RN, with a strong background in home-based hospice care. They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and efficient patient care, adhering to relevant standards of accepted nursing, regulatory, medical practice, and payer source criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire staff to provide exceptional care
  • Evaluate and improve quality of care and safety of patients and staff
  • Investigate complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide educational training sessions for staff on health and safety, regulatory requirements, and agency policies

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • At least 4 years of experience as an RN or equivalent required
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (based on national averages for similar positions in Wilson, NC)
