About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Warehouse Management Lead to join our team at LS Tractor USA LLC. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace environment, and meeting business needs and customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage parts ordering, receiving, and shipping departments to meet Dealer demands.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with vendors to select reliable suppliers for yard maintenance, janitorial services, fire systems, equipment service, and other facility-related activities.
  • Oversee special projects related to maintaining or improving facilities, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, safety, and quality, or reducing costs.
  • Lead a team of warehouse personnel, promoting compliance with company policies, safe work practices, and a good working environment.

Requirements
  • A four-year degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Five years of experience in parts and logistics, with expertise in forecasting and maintaining parts inventory.
  • Facility management experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, and SAP experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
  • Competitive base pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
  • Bonus pay opportunities based on performance.
