We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Hospice. As a Hospice RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care that meets reimbursement guidelines, coordinating patient care with the healthcare team, and participating in IDT meetings and quality reviews.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment to weekend and evening shifts, as well as holiday call assignments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing theories and concepts, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
