We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Liaison/Business Developer to enhance our expanding team.

The Marketing Liaison will play a crucial role in sustaining existing business partnerships, as well as cultivating and establishing new business relationships in alignment with the strategic objectives outlined in our business plan. This position emphasizes building referral connections within the designated geographic area through direct engagement.

The marketing professional will represent the organization at community events, fostering, establishing, and solidifying referral partnerships on behalf of the hospital.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify and cultivate relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, physicians, and clinics.
2. Create and distribute marketing materials to current and prospective referral sources.
3. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the organization's marketing initiatives, including participation in community events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
4. Deliver meals or refreshments to current and potential business accounts.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contacts, both existing and new.
6. Generate performance and referral reports for upper management.
7. Provide education and communication to the organization regarding both new and existing business relationships.
8. Serve as a resource for processing forms, procedures, and workflows related to business relationships.
9. Address any issues, concerns, or complaints with existing and new business relationships.
10. Conduct marketing demographic analyses for each company, including contact information for managers, physicians, attorneys, and case managers.
11. Adhere to the organization's standards of business conduct.
12. Report incidents promptly and follow established policies and procedures.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm and adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other electronic formats, such as SharePoint.
- Independent thinker with attention to detail, capable of tracking daily interactions with all business relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
- Capable of coordinating, analyzing, observing, making decisions, and meeting deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree in marketing or advertising is preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability to work early and late shifts, including occasional weekends.
- Professional business attire is required.
- Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
