Job Description

Alief Independent School District is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services to students with communication disorders. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to implement effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess students' communication needs and develop targeted therapy plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with speech or language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement effective strategies and accommodations in the classroom.
What We Are Looking For
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Texas license as a speech-language pathology intern granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
