The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dietitian to join our clinical nutrition services team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nutritional care of residents, as well as assisting with recruiting, training, and scheduling of registered dietitians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition programs for residents, including menu planning and food service management.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling of registered dietitians.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics as required by the applicable state.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of dietary experience in long-term care with clinical and food services responsibilities.
