TouchPoint is a leading provider of customer-focused support services in the healthcare industry. We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager to lead our patient services team in a hospital setting.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience in food services or a related field, and a bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or a related field. Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian, is preferred.

Key responsibilities include establishing goals and overseeing implementation of patient food services needs based upon medical direction and patient population, hiring, directing, coaching, training, and developing patient service team members, ensuring patient services staff assists in achieving stated patient satisfaction goals, and complying with regulatory standards.
