About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Cabell Huntington Hospital. As a Nuclear Med Tech, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining nuclear medicine equipment, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including gamma cameras and PET scanners
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, following strict safety protocols
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including positioning and imaging patients
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine
  • Active state license and/or certification
  • Active credential issued by ARRT
  • Current BLS
  • Professional references
