Job Summary:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will work collaboratively with our radiology team to provide high-quality imaging services to our patients. This role requires a strong understanding of nuclear medicine principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers
  • Process and transmit images to PACS for interpretation by radiologists
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
  • Provide excellent patient care and education

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT
  • Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B.
  • Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Current BCLS (AHA) required
