As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective production of Temperature Control Packaging and related goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate manufacturing and/or packaging equipment to produce high-quality Temperature Control Packaging and related goods.
  • Load and feed machinery with specified raw materials and parts, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed during production hours, coordinating with the Maintenance Mechanic for advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Refer to work order packages and procedural instructions for each assignment before commencing work, ensuring adherence to Cryopak's Quality Policy and Manufacturing Procedures.
  • Assure all work assigned is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements, maintaining the highest level of quality and productivity.
  • Assist in the performance of manual labor related to production, including handling, repeated handling, push, pull, lift, assembly, loading and unloading, packing, and palletization of goods.
  • Perform assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Perform quality assurance checks designated for each assignment, adhering to Cryopak's Quality Policies and maintaining the highest level of quality and productivity.
  • Record specified production information thoroughly and accurately in work order packages, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Meet production standards within a reasonable time, depending on the degree of difficulty of the designated assignment, and provide guidance to other individuals on the line as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent desired.
  • 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2 years of machine operating experience.
  • Ability to read and understand product specifications.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
