Data Scientist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team at TEPHRA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement data mining techniques to uncover hidden insights in large datasets

Develop and deploy high-quality prediction systems integrated with customer systems and products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and deep learning techniques

Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Operational Research, or Computer Science

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills
