We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Hadley, Massachusetts. As a Senior Perioperative Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the inpatient surgical setting.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes. The successful candidate will have a passion for nursing, excellent communication skills, and a focus on continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
  • Previous inpatient surgical nursing experience preferred
  • EPIC knowledge preferred
  • Active participation in process improvement and seeking solutions to problems
