Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful execution of logistics and integrated product support activities.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, including technical manuals, training programs, and inventory management systems.
  • Develop and present technical briefings and reports to senior management and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading an integrated product support team.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing depot operations and maintaining fielded hardware.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a government program in the operations and maintenance phase.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with quality management systems, engineering processes, and life cycle management.
  • Experience utilizing EVMS and reporting IMS milestone status.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat DC.
