  5. Operational Oversight: Direct daily activities related to safety, maintenance, marketing, and other operational functions.
  6. Budget Assistance: Collaborate with the Regional Manager in preparing and reviewing budgets, utilizing this information for ongoing financial reporting and decision-making.
  7. Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance and addressing tenant inquiries effectively.
  8. Marketing and Leasing: Promote available units and maintain waiting lists, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate property files and documentation, coordinating with corporate staff for information processing.
  10. Property Improvement: Solicit bids for property enhancements and maintain detailed records of property conditions.
  11. Vendor Management: Engage and supervise contractors for maintenance and services, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  12. Tenant Maintenance Coordination: Manage tenant requests for repairs and maintenance, conducting regular property inspections.
  13. Staff Management: Responsible for hiring, training, and ensuring staff adherence to company policies and standards.
  14. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in property management is preferred.
  • Relevant coursework in property management or real estate is advantageous.
  • Certifications such as CSM, CPM, or RPA are preferred.

Work Environment: This position primarily operates in an office setting, with occasional outdoor responsibilities. The role requires effective communication and the ability to manage physical tasks associated with property inspections.

Physical Requirements: The employee must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and navigate property grounds as part of regular inspections.
