Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our medical staff to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged in the care process.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of practice.
  • Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Acute Care Clinic Nurse Specialist (ACCNS).
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Eligible for prescriptive authority in the state of practice.
