An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.
This program is designed for recent graduated RNs with less than 12 months of experience. It offers a comprehensive learning experience, including:
- Structured curriculum and simulation training
- Authentic patient experience with experienced preceptors

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
