Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Develop and implement training programs for all associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including managing inventory, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with departmental leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve resort performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in front-of-house and back-of-house areas, with a proven track record of success in managing daily operations and driving results.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of P&L statements, ability to develop management staff, planning, and organization skills, and experience with timeshare operations (strongly preferred).
