Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our Advanced Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by solving complex customer issues efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
- Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points to the product and engineering organization
- Proactively identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency for the Customer Experience team
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of complex financial concepts, including equities trading, margin, and options trading
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- 2+ years of experience in a support/service role for a financial services company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to concisely and accurately communicate complex topics
