Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including supply and linen replenishment, receiving, and distribution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of PAR inventory and replenishment systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Valid Michigan driver's license and insurability through Bronson's carrier may be required, dependent on job responsibilities.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working 12 hours per week with variable shifts. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional assistance with heavier tasks.

Bronson Healthcare offers a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus of up to $375 for external candidates and a retention bonus of $375 for external candidates. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
